Inspection Comments | INVESTIGATED COMPLAINT DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION. SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER VAL WHO WAS ALSO THE MANAGER THE NIGHT OF THE INCIDENT. SHE STATED THAT THE GENTLEMAN CAME IN FOR COFFEE AND AFTER TAKING A SIP SPIT IT OUT DO TO SOME PAIN IN HIS MOUTH. VAL FILLED OUT AN INCIDENT REPORT AND STATED THAT SHE WAS UNSURE IF THEY ENDED UP GOING TO THE HOSPITAL. I ASKED ABOUT THE CLEANING PROCEDURE FOR THE COFFEE POTS. SHE STATED THAT THEY HAVE THESE TABLETS THAT THEY PUT IN THE POT THAT CLEANS THE INSIDES. BUT FOR THAT INCIDENT THEY HAD BEEN USING A MIXTURE OF VINEGAR LEMON, AND SALT BECAUSE IT LEAVES THE POTS CLEANER. NO OTHER CASES WERE REPORTED. NO OTHER ISSUES WERE NOTED. |
